Terms of Service

General terms

- Commissioning me means accepting my terms of service
- prices are subject to change
- I can add +5-10% to the initial price depending on design complexity
- please have references, descriptions, and/or a rough sketch or doodle ready when you commission me
- commissions are for personal use only
- you may not resell, redistribute, make nfts of, or profit off of my art
- you may not alter the commissioned art without my consent (tracing, photoshop, ai)
- i have the right to refuse an order or cancel and provide a refund for any reason
- payment is either upfront or 50/50 and in USD
- expect 1-2 weeks per commission (animations will likely take a week or two longer); I will give updates during the process
- i allow up to 5 altercations; after that, it's +5$ per additional alteration

Boundaries

Will Draw: humans, fanart, real people, humanoid characters
Won't Draw: NSFW, gore, hateful/offensive art, realism
Ask: robots, anthro, blood/mild violence, animals, furries

Animation Commissions - Details

Overall, my rates are generally 30$ per second, though that may vary slightly based on the complexity of the animation.I can make you short gifs of your characters. I currently am not taking any requests for longer projects (20+ seconds), but that is subject to change in the future.
